STEP UP WORKWEAR is a registered business name of JRD MEDIA PTY LTD, ABN 48 635 275 713.

Step Up Workwear supplies custom-decorated workwear. Delivery options and charges available for your order are displayed at checkout before payment. All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is shown in the checkout total where applicable.

Production and dispatch

Production begins after your artwork proof is approved and garment availability is confirmed. We confirm your estimated dispatch date before production starts. Artwork revisions or delayed approvals can move that date. Dispatch is the date your order leaves us; delivery time is additional.

Please contact us before ordering if you need your garments for a particular date. Do not assume that a checkout shipping method is a promise of a particular production or arrival date.

Delivery destinations

We deliver to Australian addresses supported by the delivery options shown at checkout. If no delivery option is available, contact us before placing your order. For delivery outside Australia, contact us to confirm availability, charges and any destination-specific requirements before ordering.

Checking your delivery details

Please check your delivery address and contact details before paying. If you need to correct them, contact us promptly with your order number so we can check whether a change is still possible.

Problems with delivery

If your order is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
