Ordering, delivery and returns

We supply decorated workwear. Choose your decoration when ordering, or contact us for a decorated quote.

Screen printing starts at 20 pieces. DTF starts at 5 pieces. Embroidery starts at 5 pieces; orders of five to nine need a confirmed quote. For online ordering, sizes and garment colours can be combined within the same product when the artwork, decoration method, placement and artwork size are the same and the print setup is compatible. Different designs or placements need their own qualifying quantities. Contact us for mixed-product jobs or artwork changes between colour groups. Example: 10 black and 10 navy shirts in the same style with the same compatible screen-printed design and placement make a 20-piece screen-print group. Ten shirts with design A plus ten with design B do not make 20 of one design.

Small chest embroidery is available where suitable for the garment. Rear decoration is screen print only, up to A3 (297 × 420 mm), subject to the available garment area. Available front and additional placements are shown with each product. If your artwork or placement needs a different setup, ask us for a quote.

Embroidery digitising is $38.50 incl GST for new artwork on five to ten pieces, free from eleven pieces. Unchanged repeat artwork already digitised by Step Up is not charged again; provide the previous order or artwork reference. Contact us before ordering the same artwork across different products so we can combine the setup correctly.

Upload your artwork using the product form, or select “I need help with my logo”. Use the file types listed beside the upload field. If you have ordered this artwork from us before, include your previous order number or business name. We will check the artwork before production.

Custom names are available by quote before payment. Send the exact name, colour, size and quantity for each garment. Names entered in the online builder route the order to a quote so no unpriced custom-name work is charged.

We send an artwork proof for approval before production. Please make sure you’re happy with all artwork, spelling, colours, sizes, and placement details before approval, as your order will be manufactured from the approved proof.

Production begins after your artwork proof is approved and garment availability is confirmed. We confirm your estimated dispatch date before production starts. Artwork revisions or delayed approvals can move that date. Delivery time is additional. If you need your order for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Available quantity breaks are shown with each product. Check your quantities, decoration and order total before payment. Different products and decoration setups may have different quantity breaks. Per-item rounding can cause small differences from an unrounded calculation.

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for supported Australian addresses. Dispatch timing depends on artwork approval and garment availability; courier transit time is additional. If no delivery option is shown, contact us before ordering.

If there is a problem with your order, contact hello@stepupworkwear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. Custom decoration does not remove rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable right to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order so we can check its production status.

Check the specific garment’s stated standards, rating and care instructions against your workplace requirements. Decoration method, size and placement must be suitable for the garment. Contact us before ordering if a particular safety standard is required.
